I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff, who even helped me navigate to my room and provided a useful map of the resort on my arrival.

Unfortunately, I did encounter issues with the WiFi connection throughout my stay, making it challenging to stay connected.

Can't recommend highly enough for short stay

Comfortable room, convenient location, with friendly staff who provided excellent service throughout our stay, ensuring we enjoyed the nearby beach access and a great variety of delicious breakfast options each morning.

Had the pool to myself for most of the stay, which was a nice perk. The quiet section of the hotel provided a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxation.

Breakfast options were limited when occupancy was low, leading to a lack of buffet variety. The WiFi connection dropped every twenty minutes, which was frustrating. The shower took ages to heat up, requiring ten minutes of running time. The resort had a noticeable odor from a nearby stagnant river, diminishing the outdoor experience. On top of that, there was uneven service at the restaurant with disappointing food quality, such as lukewarm and subpar meal preparations.

great beach access and proximity to local attractions

during my stay, I was delighted to discover the stunning view and easy access to Laem Kho Kwang Beach, just a two-minute stroll from the hotel, and also enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of nearby CRAVE Burgers & Wraps only a few steps away, which made for great meal options after a lovely walk through the stunning coastal areas.

The resort's outdoor area features large and enjoyable pools, and it's just a short walk to the beach for stunning sunsets. the staff were polite and genuinely helpful during my stay.

The room had a strong smell of cleaning supplies, which was quite off-putting.

During our stay, we were thrilled to find the swimming pool area right next to the beach. The view during sunset was absolutely stunning! We explored the local area, particularly enjoying Long Beach which was a short walk away. the room we had could definitely use an update, as it felt a bit dated and had a strong smell of cleaning products. it was a decent experience for a family visit, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.

chada lanta has an amazing swimming pool complex and is located right by the beach. we really loved our gold suite with pool access, enjoying the tranquility it offered. the resort is massive and perfect for sunbathing with its sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The Gold Suite with pool access offered a generous amount of space, featuring a large living area and a separate bathtub. Unfortunately, the outdoor cleanliness was lacking, and the WiFi connection was consistently poor, disrupting our activities. While other aspects like the proximity to decent dining options provided some convenience, the restaurant’s loud entertainment detracted from the overall experience.
